Single Domain SSL can only be used on domains that are registered with additional subdomains www.
Example:
pasarhosting.com + www.pasarhosting.com
shop.pasarhosting.com + www.shop.pasarhosting.com
Wildcard SSL is SSL that can be used for all subdomains on one main domain only.
Example:
pasarhosting.com + *.pasarhosting.com
(securing all subdomains with one ssl certificate).
Unlimited re-issuance means you can repeatedly re-generate SSL Certificates with the same or different CSRs. But with the condition that it is still on the same domain.
This is useful if you forget to save your Private Key and need to re-generate it.
Both names are referred to as Certificate Authority which has the right to issue and validate an SSL Certificate.
There is no significant difference if you are only limited to using SSL Certificates to secure web servers and email servers with one of these CAs, because they are only institutions that perform validation.
